Remember the last time you dropped- in at your aunt’s place and she kept refilling your plate with more and more food (and all the dieting went for a toss of course!). Thali style eating has always been a part of our culture. So we decided to move away from the usual a la carte style and bring to you the best of unlimited food and of course love!!
So it was our calling to have cleansed our soul and stuff our tummies with some nutritious and super delicious food. And the destinations were the Khandani Rajdhani at DLF Place, Saket and Rajdhani’s Rasovara at the super swanky Palladium mall in Mumbai. With 72 different rotating menus with 22,464 delicacies from Gujarat and Rajasthan, RAJDHANI is BAAP of Thali eating!
The staff at booth the places welcomed us with chandan tikka and tray full of lovely red roses. As we got seated, the journey started with a yummy welcome drink. What really intrigues us in crockery are the Brass utensils, they definitely give that Indian feel and gives that royal impression.
From Daal Bati Churma to bhindi to the two types of daal and kadhi, there was a never ending supply of food not to forget the generous topping of ghee and dollops of love! We definitely loved the variety of sundries that was served Methi thepla, Phulk, Makai Rotla and Jeera parantha. 5 stars to Methi thepla and Makai rotla that came along with homemade butter that is just so irresistible. And finally came the Desserts, now that’s something a true Indian will never let it go, even though we had stuffed ourselves to glory but we still had saved some room for my personal favourite corn Halwa.
For a price of INR 630 (inclusive Tax) for Rajdhani’s Rasovara and INR 395 for Rajdhani we definitely recommend these places to all you people.
