Check out our roundup of the TOP FOUR FASHION TRENDS from the Autumn/Winter 15 season below:
1) Bohemian Rhapsody
In our opinion #AIFW’s Fashion Viewing was a lot about the “Bohemian Revival” – from tribal gypsy dresses to capes teamed with kimonos – these were the primary components of collections by Hemant and Nandita , Malini Ramani and of course Pia Pauro.
The colour palate comprised of muted tones of dusky browns, smoke greys, mustards, dull reds highlighted with a bunch of pop abstract details.
Battlefield to Runway
As we know military-inspired clothing is a classic concept that has been around for years. And, you wouldn’t be surprised to see that army apparel has once again taken over the runways and is preparing to conquer closets this A/W 15. – The talented designer Aneeth Arora of Péro lent her attention to the military uniforms by giving it a chic twist with a message of “Make Love Not War”.
BODICE effortless charm and Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna‘s precise cuts and clean lines gave a nod to the minimalist trend this season of A/W 15.
The 25th edition of FDCI’s #AIFW kicked off with a powerful nod to Androgyny by designers like Rajesh Pratap Singh, Abraham & Thakore and Gaurav Gupta.
